Seeking a highly motivated individual seller to add to our growing US media sales and partnership team. We’re looking for passion, drive and an eagerness to learn. This is an entry sales position with no more than 2 years selling. If you’ve never sold, but are an account manager, or sales planner that is also an ideal position for you! This role requires a strong knowledge of the media landscape, in addition to a basic understanding of gaming and esports. Our solutions are not cookie cutter, so we need a creative person with a strategic mind for relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for digital media, custom content, esports sponsorships/events, programmatic direct campaigns, and PMP’s, while meeting and exceeding all sales targets
  • Focus on media agencies and clients direct on the East Coast of the United States
  • Create a strategic plan for prospecting new leads and gaining proactive proposals across both endemic gaming partners and fortune 500 companies
  • Respond to RFIs and RFPs with quality and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a collaborative and creative approach with internal teams to develop new solutions tied to client success metrics
  • Work hand in hand with our growing Account Management and Integrated Marketing teams to shape the business from a client services perspective
  • Have a finger on the pulse of the industry and stay ahead of digital advertising, media, and gaming trends

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the digital media industry working for a publisher, agency or a tech company
  • 1+ years of sales side experience (sales or sales support)
  • Experience working with media agencies and brands
  • Prospecting skills are required
  • Cursory knowledge of the Direct and Programmatic marketplace

  • A self-starter who thrives in fun and result-oriented work environment, is passionate about problem solving and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects
  • A strong understanding of the advertising and gaming ecosystem
  • Effective communicator
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and schedules
  • Must be a team player!
