Job Summary
The Partnership Performance Analyst will work with the Revenue and Strategic Partnership team to measure effectiveness of all FCF sponsorships and strategic partnerships. The role will be responsible for collaborating with the Head of Analytics to ingest contractually-obligated, FCF fan data, from partner platforms. Manager will also partner with Head of Analytics and Revenue/Partnership team to create insights pertinent to driving FCF’s merchandising, in-venue, sponsor and strategic partner revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop partner performance analytics, to support: pricing of marketing sponsorship assets, valuation of content for distribution partnerships, identification of future strategic partners, new business development, partner performance reviews, delivery on partner metrics/ROI/impressions, upsell/renewal opportunities, and fan revenues related to merchandising and venue. Manage day-to-day partnership analytics framework.
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of sponsors.
- Identify and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a per sponsor basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Interpret data for use in internal reporting, board presentations and client meetings. Manage external service providers, such as GumGum to support partner performance tracking.
- Develop and communicate findings and analysis in executive-level presentations
- Identify growth and performance improvement opportunities, continually, across the department. Leverage both the insights developed in our department and from the Analytics team. Identify data-insights related, value adds for our partners.
- Establish insights and reporting for other revenue areas, such as: merchandising, ticketing, VIP experiences.
- Support overall departmental revenue goals, through activities, such as: creating/editing customized sponsor proposals, as well as, season recaps for sponsors; attend internal stakeholder discussions to share insights. Perform other duties, as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, advertising, economics, sports management (or similar field) from 4-year college or university required.
- 2 or more years of business experience, preferably from agency, brand and/or sports industry.
- Demonstrated strategic thinker, solution-oriented
- Strong analytical skills with ability to effectively communicate insights both orally and written Capable of interfacing with colleagues, senior executives, and clients effectively, by being able to alter communication style as needed.
- Strong project management skills, with solid organizational and time management capabilities
- Customer service-focused, balanced with a solution selling mindset
- Strong collaborator and able to influence inter-departmentally, in a very dynamic and flexible environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and pertinent analytics tools/dashboards.
