We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to develop our voice and increase alternative-asset awareness across all relevant social platforms while building the most compelling stories around the incredible collectibles on Rally.

About Us

Our mission is to democratize alternative asset investing by providing access, liquidity, and transparency to markets that have traditionally only been available to a select few. Now, anyone can build their portfolio of rare, unique, and interesting collectible assets.

Rally is a first-of-its-kind platform where members can have an investment interest in unique, high-value collectibles. Over time, you can build an investment portfolio of collectible items. Here’s how it works. First, we source, verify, and acquire the most noteworthy items from collections and individuals all over the world. Then, we turn that item into a “company” via regulatory qualifications and split it into equity shares. Next, we open an “initial offering” where investors of all backgrounds can purchase shares. And finally, after 90 days, investors have the opportunity to sell shares or add to their position on periodic trading days through registered broker dealers.

The Role

We're a platform comprised of collectors from age 18 to 80, all of whom have one thing in common: an emotional connection to the assets they invest their time and money into. Over the last 5 years building the foundation of Rally, we’ve focused on developing a platform with staying power. Now, with hundreds of thousands of users and a firm lead in the fractional investing space, it’s time to spread the word and make Rally a household name through a focus on content, community, and conversation. Our Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the creative and strategic planning & execution of our content across all organic channels, including our social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, etc.), as well as developing new channels to communicate with potential investors on Rally. You’ll be responsible for working with the creative team to conceptualize, manage process, and distribute content (written, static, and video) as well as determining and measuring content KPIs. While the brand has established a strong voice with our current users, it’s up to you to build the future social voice and content cadence of Rally.

You Will

  • Give Rally a recognizable voice across social channels, adapting to the needs of each platform while (when possible) staying within brand guidelines
  • Structure our communication with customers, potential customers, supporters and detractors across social channels
  • Work with the content and design teams to create compelling content and take reactive in-the-moment chances when the opportunity arises
  • Build the Rally social team from the ground up with individuals to focus exclusively on individual channels where needed
  • Build out ambassadorship, organic campaigns, and partnership campaigns
  • Curate content to be posted, optimize + promote what works, and understand + adjust the content that doesn't
 

You Have

  • 2+ years of professionally managing and posting on multiple social media accounts
  • An ability to communicate with many different personality types (while staying level-headed)
  • Experience building aspirational and relevant content for Millennial and Gen-Z audiences
  • A well formed design aesthetic, along with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience building and scaling social media accounts
  • Experience building communities across relevant social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitch, Twitter and more
  • An ability to thrive in an environment with constantly changing priorities, with experience building across multiple teams with a unified message
  • Experience juggling multiple work streams with tight schedules
  • Bonus Points: an understanding of and interest in investing, experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors, experience with Photoshop and video editing software like Premiere and After Effects
