As the Account Manager, your responsibilities will include management of paid social campaigns; delivery, placement, pacing, optimizations, reporting and general account management.
At the core of your job your understanding for implementing digital strategy, creating campaigns and optimizing in real time will position you for success. You will manage campaign timelines to ensure proper progression of objectives such as timely issuance & client authorizations, specs to creative department, delivery of creative assets, report assembly from Google Analytics & Facebook Insights.
This role has tremendous growth potential for someone who is articulate and capable of building a narrative to creatively achieve results. This role will report directly to the Director, Media and will work alongside other internal departments to ensure holistic campaign success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing and executing day to day campaign strategy, budgets and optimizations in support of client goals and innovations
- Developing strong working relationships with vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities
- Acting as an account manager articulating the needs of the client and process/analyze the performance of their social buy
- Analyzing data to write insights and recommendations to inform client action
- Identifying the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization
- Ability to multitask, prioritize with multiple projects and clients with different timelines & deliverables
- Assisting media strategist with creating media plans to achieve client goals
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant agency-side experience in paid media & digital marketing campaigns
- Appreciates working with a fast-paced team environment that prides itself on collaboration and cohesiveness
- Ability to multitask, meet project deadlines, and demonstrate initiative
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other measurement tools
- The desire and willingness to learn new skills
- The charm to build relationships (internally and with clients)
- Innate curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
- Proficiency in MS Office (PPT & Excel specifically)
- Plus, if you can conceptualize and design presentation decks for new business pitches and active client reporting
