About the Role
We are looking for an incredible Brand Marketing Director who can bring the Tempo brand to life. The role will lead the brand team and all brand initiatives, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels and throughout the business. You will own end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that are centered around furthering our mission and driving cultural relevance.
We have a compelling story to tell, a unique product to sell and a multi faceted brand to build. We know who we are and want to share our story with the world. You have a curious, questioning mind and are obsessed with joining the dots between a brand, product, community and potential customers. You understand how to build a brand, how to build a community and how to lead a team to execute the most impactful campaigns. You have worked closely with in-house creative partners, creative agencies and paid media agencies and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You can build something from scratch.
