Job Summary
This position will serve to support marketing and account management activities for PFF’s business development team. Our B2B clientele includes NFL and college football teams, major broadcast networks, player representation, the sports gaming industry, corporate sponsors and much more. Our team needs a detail-oriented, professional individual who has a passion for the business of sports, knowledge and experience in account management, as well as coordinating marketing events, and proven analytical capabilities.
Responsibilities
Assist with them management of sponsorship campaigns, track performance and generate weekly progress reports for clients.
Assist with logistics and preparations for conferences, trade shows and other marketing events.
Assist with the contract execution process for client renewals and new sales. Setup terms, send forms, liaise with the PFF Finance team for execution.
Assist with email marketing campaigns in support of our various B2B verticals.
Assist with the design of our marketing collateral (sales pieces, presentation decks, emails blasts, landing pages)
Create and manage customer logins to our various web products.
Assist with manual B2B client deliverables as needed.
Skills & Experience
4-year degree in business or marketing preferred, or equivalent experience
Sales or marketing experience required
Strong understanding of the sports industry
Fluency using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Docs
Salesforce or other CRM experience, a plus
Ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
